Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@kalorikmaxx.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was shipped free of charge, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please email contact@kalorikmaxx.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., used kitchen appliances with food contact). Please check individual product pages for any specific return restrictions.
