Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Creating an account is easy! Click on the “Sign Up” or “My Account” link at the top of our website and follow the prompts. With an account, you can track your orders, save shipping details, and manage your preferences with ease.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at contact@kalorikmaxx.com to update your shipping address. For future orders, you can update your address in your account settings.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your Kalorik account to view your order history and tracking details at any time.
For your security, we do not store full credit card information on our servers. Payment details are encrypted and processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway.
Sales tax is applied to orders based on your shipping address and local tax laws. The applicable tax will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at contact@kalorikmaxx.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, if your order includes multiple items or oversized products, they may be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition. For full details, please visit our Refund and Returns Policy or contact us at contact@kalorikmaxx.com to initiate a return.
We sincerely apologize for the mix-up. Please email contact@kalorikmaxx.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.
We’re sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kalorikmaxx.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct return address and shipping instructions via email. Please do not send returns without authorization, as they may not be processed properly.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@kalorikmaxx.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kalorikmaxx.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
At this time, we do not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. However, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or contact us to inquire about estimated availability.
